Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will play a key role in the success of our organization by answering calls, responding to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following up with referrals. The CSR will primarily work in our Glasgow location but may travel to other locations as needed.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond appropriately.
• Provide exceptional service and assist customers in using our service.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within required time.
• Open and close office duties as needed.
• Follow communication guidelines, procedures, and policies to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow all quality standards, checklists, and procedures to ensure confidentiality of client information.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and maintain quality standards.
• Review daily reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work cooperatively with all departments to ensure the safety of customers, employees, and property.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. Previous customer service experience in a retail environment preferred. 
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. 
• Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
