An Individual Voluntary Arrangement (‘IVA’) is subject to the customer meeting qualifying criteria and gaining creditor acceptance. Initial advice is free and there is no obligation to proceed. Fees will be chargeable on approval of the arrangement, but these will be taken from your monthly contributions. Fees will be detailed in your IVA proposal as will the pros and cons of an IVA. Fresh Start Insolvency proposes and administers Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs). We only provide advice on the basis that there is reasonable contemplation of an insolvency appointment, once it is apparent that an IVA is likely to be the most appropriate debt solution. Submission will result in customers consenting to being contacted to discuss their problem unsecured debts.
